Why does everyone claim turkey bacon is healthier when the fat/calories same as pork bacon? - why does turkey have more cholesterol than pork

I looked fat and calories and Turkey, bacon, and bacon every brand I looked fat and calories are the same. In fact, turkey ham, was about cholesterol. So to say why all the bacon, Turkey is a healthier choice?

  1. Exactly. Regular pork bacon has only 46 calories per serving and 3.6 grams of fat bacon ... Turkey has 35 calories per serving and less than 1 gram of fat per serving. In addition, bacon tastes better and is not as bad as people say to you.

  2. I do not know where buy, Turkey bacon, but I bought in the past certainly has less fat and calories than fat.
